Which university is the best for an international student in Australia if he wants to be a surgeon?

I'm 16 and I live in Europe. I know I still have 3 years till university but I prefer planning ahead. I would like to go to an Australian university especially to the university of queensland to Brisbane. However I would like to know if there's other universities as well. Actually the university of queensland seems to be a bit expensive (more than 25000$ for an year). I know all the Australian universities are expensive but could you recommend other ones? Although we are wealthy, financial things are still important.
